The Robin Hood has a relaxed environment, complimented by a fantastic range of drinks and freshly cooked
food with a constant rotation of real ales. Runs a weekly quiz (Wednesdays) and on Fridays, has live music. Live sports are available for those who wish to watch, but
this is not a major theme of the pub. The pub is hoping to have the local community as a large part of its business.

The Orchard won CAMRA National Cider Pub of the Year 2009. Up to 17 ciders and perries at a time, along with real ales. Serves the communities of Baltic Wharf, the docks marina and Southville, not to mention ‘cider tourists'! Has visiting bands and holds quizzes.
Wednesday 10 November, 7:00pm, Cornubia, 142 Temple Street, Redcliffe, BS1 6EN (NB - online mapping systems show BS1 6AB more accurately, though!)
The Cornubia gives discounted price on a pint of beer to CAMRA members. Ever-changing range of real ales plus ciders and perries. Has a single L-shaped bar.
Thursday 11 November, 7:00pm, Lazy Dog, 112 Ashley Down Road, Ashley Down, BS7 9JR (previously the Ashley Arms)
The Lazy Dog has a unique design. Its success lies in the friendly staff and great customer service. Has a 1970s jukebox, holds Bingo! plus quiz and craft clubs; does food specials; has a darts team. Is the hub of the community.
Friday 12 November, 7:00pm, Vittoria, 57 Whiteladies Road, Cotham, BS8 2LY -
The Vittoria is the only TRUE real ale pub along Whiteladies Road; it serves no kegs. Community pub for businesses in the day, residents and visitors in the evening. Six handpumps with ever-changing real ales. Facilities include free wi-fi, board games for leisure. Holds nights for live jazz, quiz and curry. Loyalty points for cask ale drinkers in return for free cask ale.
Saturday 13 November, 12:30pm, Three Tuns, 78 St George's Road, Hotwells, BS1 5UR -
The success of the Three Tuns is largely due to a lot of effort by Mark Farrell, the previous manager in promoting real ales. New manager
Ned intends to build on this with the best prices on the real ale fornt
and his carefully chosen guest beer range. The pub stocks a selection of American bottled craft
beers and the bar is a friendly, open space, open to all types of customers.
There is also a sheltered outdoor smoking area / beer garden. Arbor Ales
is currently on sale at £2.50 per pint and other intended promotions will
include some free beer nights!
Sunday 14 November, 12:30pm, Portcullis, 3 Wellington Terrace, Clifton, BS8 4LE -
The Portcullis was Runner-up as Local Pub of the Year
2010. This pub has nine handpulls, giving it the widest choice of ever-changing beers in Clifton.
It has an unusal two-storey layout, with a lounge and holds four beer or cider festivals (often with a theme)
per year plus additional smaller events.
